Modular Softwall Cleanroom

Softwall clean room is mainly featured with anti-stativ PVC walls with strip curtain doors. The softwall clean room is solid and can stand independently and freely. Softwall clean room is mainly used when anti-satic production procedure is involved, such as touch screen refurbish. Positive pressure with Class 100 to Class 100,000 in the clean room can be stably kept.

Features

1.Structure: The frame of soft wall clean booth has two selections: SUS stainless steel and aluminum alloy; The SUS stainless steel can resist corrosion and has high structural strength; aluminium alloy structure leads to easy assembly, standard accessories and good airtightness;
2.Ceiling: Aluminium-plastic panel is light in weight, easy to install
3.Wall: Transparent anti-static PVC is low in price. The anti-static PVC sheet may lead the surface static electricity to the underground to keep the surface from absorbing dust or fiber. It is applicable to modular clean room that requires high demand for cleanliness and static.
4.FFU: Excellent energy-saving draught fan will be adopted, whose noise and energy consumption are on the low side. Meanwhile, the draught fan can be designated by customers, such as EBM of Germany. The casing is made of aluminized and galvanized plate, stainless steel or aluminum steel.
5.Control system: The control system has been developed by AIRKEY on its own. FFU is controlled in group or is under centralized control of PLC. It can regulate the wind speed, differential pressure, temperature and humidity of FFU (applicable to system with air conditioner).
